Pregnant!

I'm 19 weeks along, and last week my husband and I got to see our baby for the first time since 6 weeks, thus here are the photos of our silly, wiggly boy Westley Robert:

We're gonna call him Wes for short, but yeah, that's what I've been up to. Been having a terrible time with nausea and they finally put me on medication for it as without it I wouldn't be able to eat let alone function (yes, I know the nausea is supposed to go away, but mine hasn't abated at all and I found out all-pregnancy-long nausea runs in the family, so yay me). Plus dealing with some depression, although unlike the nausea, that's slowly getting better. My students and husband often lift my spirits in ways no one else has been able to or is willing to.

I'm trying to get my art mojo back so I can draw what I owe people, but folks it's been slow going and you're just going to have to be patient with me. If you feel like you cannot wait, please contact me and I will try to make things right but don't expect miracles.

On top of all that I'm in the middle of getting ready for a huge science teacher conference next month in Charlotte that I have the honor of presenting in. Thus, again art's gonna have to take a back seat until that is done and over with. Wish me luck I don't make a complete fool of myself there!
